About the event

Why do a Transformational Breathwork Journey?

It is generally ourselves who become our own obstacle, and are very often unaware of it. The reason is we carry a lot of stuff. Most of us live our lives within the noise of our chatty minds. All this mental noise carries the burden of past experiences, which end up controlling our lives in endless loops of repeated patterns. Some of these patterns we clearly see, yet, we often have trouble changing them. Other patterns we do not even see, but we experience their effect in our lives. All our painful experiences, no matter how apparently insignificant, are stored in the memory of our bodies. Through Transformational Breathwork we use the breath to go beyond the conscious mind and allow the body to release those experiences, allowing clarity, change, and transformation to be experienced. Transformational Breathwork is a tool for personal growth and liberation. There is more to life. It is possible to live life fully, happily, resiliently, and humbly, no matter what life brings. Embracing difficulty and challenges is a way to see ourselves truthfully, and grow in wisdom.

These journeys are very intense experiences, both emotionally and physically, and absolutely worth trying. You must know that the change you want happens beyond your comfort zone. Through the use of your breath, you'll transition through different brain waves, diving deep into your subconscious mind, crossing the door of discomfort. After the release, great peace is experienced.

** ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**

Empty stomach. The last meal must be by 2:30 pm at the latest (this is extremely important for effectiveness and to avoid unwanted complications such as vomiting). If you must for health reasons, then eat fruit or something that is easily digested and avoid eating at least 1.5 hours before.

**CONTRAINDICATIONS** 

Cardiovascular problems 

High or abnormal Blood Pressure 

History of Aneurysms Epilepsy or seizures 

Severe Asthma or respiratory conditions 

Pregnancy 

Severe psychiatric or mental health issues 

Any surgery or condition in the abdominal area that can get affected by active, intense, deep breathing.

***** If you have any of these you must consult your GP or your specialist.  

**WHAT TO BRING** 

Wear comfortable and warm clothes.⁠ Come with an open heart and mind.

Bring a journal and a pen to take some notes before and after your journey.

**WARNING** 

Do not plan anything that requires your concentration, mental abilities, or physical activity after the session. You will likely need time to fully come back and feel ready to get back at your tasks. Therefore, make sure you can take it easy. You will have time to unwind towards the last part of the session but it is still highly recommended to avoid activities requiring mental focus.
