Service Description

Backbends are a great way to maintain spinal health and great posture. The other conditioning classes that work on your hips, shoulders, and spine are great preparation for this session. Also, backends are a body movement you are very unlikely to do in your everyday life, so you must allocate time to practice these, understand their foundations, and learn to do them safely.
