The shoulders are an area of our bodies where we accumulate a lot of tension. Releasing this tension is essential for opening the upper back, back bending safely, maintaining a great posture as you age, and as a good foundation for most other disciplines as they are used in many ways, for support, balance, as pivot points... generally all these together!
We work on their flexibility, mobility, and strength.
