All classes must be booked at least 2 hours before. You may arrive anytime between the first and a half hours. That is to say that classes are not 2 hours long. Beginners start with a short 20-minute to 60-minute session, depending on their current level and health conditions.

All classes need to be booked confirming your attendance, but you can drop-in anytime within the first 1.5h.
